Umeshu & Fruit Vinegar Making Class

The season's Ume (Japanese plum) has come.
We'll conduct again the "Umeshu (梅酒)" class. Umeshu is a Japanese liqueur made by steeping ume fruits (while still unripe and green) in alcohol we'll use white liqueur) and sugar. (Partially quoted from wikpeida)

Ume's harvest season is limited usually around a month in June, so never miss the class that you can see how to make Umeshu using freshly picked and imported from Japan!

Reiko has been so into cooking since her teenage.
During her stay in UK, she discovered the importance of using healthy ingredients and local products. Her specialty is healthy cooking and Japanese cooking both using lots of herb and vegetable. After being a instructor of major cooking studio, she has joined to Team Spoonful.
